Like all of our trips, this one seemed to fly by.

We awoke to a beautiful clear and sunny day. After having breakfast and getting our bags packed for the trip home, we headed outside to take advantage of the great weather, and spend an hour canoeing on Lake Louise. Here is the scene as we walked over to the canoe dock.

Even in such a popular place, it can be very peaceful here.

In the current lighting, the water had a beautiful emerald green colour.

We made our way down to the end of the lake and floated around a while.

After enjoying the scenery at the end of the lake for as long as we could, it was time to turn around and head back.

We approached the hotel at the end of the lake before turning toward the canoe dock.

And with that, another trip is in the books. We returned to the room to collect our bags, made our way to the car, and were on our way to Calgary to meet our flight back to Toronto. The good news is that we are set to return to Lake Louise in February, when the lake will look very different than it did today!
